[Prestashop] Percentage Shipping

This shipping module allows you to set a percentage of the total order amount as the shipping fee and set a minimum shipping fee for all the orders.Also, we add a quick option to set free shipping over a specific order amount. 

For example, when you set 20% in the backend setting page, it will charge a shipping fee as "20%*total order amount". If the total order amount is $500, then the shipping fee goes to $100. 

Moreover, you can set a minimum shipping fee for all the orders. If you set it at $10, then the minimum shipping fee for all the orders is $10.

When you set 20% as the shipping fee and $10 as the min shipping fee, the shipping fee will charge as below:

If the total order amount is <= $50, the shipping fee is $10. 

If the total order amount is >=$50, the shipping fee is equal to "20%* total order amount".
