[Magento] Simple Checkout Without Address

The Simple Checkout Without Address Module simplifies the checkout process by skipping the shipping step with no need to enter the shipping or delivery info. This module removes Shipping Information and Shipping Method from the checkout process. Also, it removes Address, State/Province, City, Zip/Postal Code, Country, and Telephone fields from the Billing Information on the checkout page. 

When checking out on the front page, customers will only see the following 4 steps:

1. CHECKOUT METHOD
2. BILLING INFORMATION
3. PAYMENT INFORMATION
4. ORDER REVIEW

In the BILLING INFORMATION, customers will only see the following 5 fields:

1. First Name
2. Last Name 
3. Email Address
4. Password
5. Confirm Password

• Skip shipping from the checkout page.
• Remove Address, State/Province, City, Zip/Postal Code, Country, and Telephone fileds from the checkout page.
• Only keep 5 fields in Billing Information: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password.
• No shipping or delivery info required.
